My Windows XP Sony Vaio laptop crashed every time I turned on the wireless switch to connect to my new BT home hub 2.0. But my Pure Evoke internet radio connected fine. To be fair to BT they did not try to pull the "it must the laptop sir" routine but they still failed spectacularly to find an answer. After over 2 hours on the phone they decided they would send a new hub out to me. After putting the phone down I thought about it for a few minutes and thought - I wonder if it is an "n" incompatabilty? Changed the hub settings to b/g only and problem solved!
